* Moderation und Begleitung agiler Zeremonien: Daily Scrums, Sprint-Planungen, Sprint-Reviews & Retrospektiven, Backlog Refinements, Scrum Master Syncs und PI-Planungen
 * Coaching der Teams zur Selbstorganisation und zum Selbstmanagement
 * Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von SAFe Scrum- und Kanban-Praktiken
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Release Train Engineer (RTE) und anderen Scrum Mastern
 * Identifikation, Beseitigung und/oder Eskalation von Impediments
