## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene IT-Berufsausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker*in für Systemintegration) oder ähnliche Qualifikation auf vergleichbarem Niveau aus praktischer Berufstätigkeit
 * Sichere Kenntnisse in Windows-Clientsystemen und Microsoft 365
 * Praxis in Active Directory (Benutzer, Gruppen, Berechtigungen)
 * Grundlagenkenntnisse im Bereich in Netzwerk und VPN
 * Vertrautheit im Umgang mit IT-Sicherheit, Remote-Support-Werkzeugen und Ticketsystemen
 * Erfahrung mit Exchange 2019 in einer Hybrid-Konfiguration, Microsoft Intune oder Microsoft Entra ID, grundlegende PowerShell-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung in regulierten Umfeldern wie ISO 17025, ISO 9001, GMP oder NIS2 sind von Vorteil.
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2) für die Kommunikation mit unseren UK-Standorten
 * Lösungsorientierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung

## Description

* Erste Ansprechperson für IT-Themen unserer Mitarbeitenden - per Telefon, über das Ticketsystem und vor Ort; lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung von Anfragen rund um Hardware, Software, Netzwerk und User Accounts
 * Verwaltung von User Accounts und Zugriffsrechten in Active Directory und Microsoft 365 sowie Einrichtung und Betreuung von Arbeitsplatzrechnern, Notebooks und Standardsoftware (VPN- und Security-Tools)
 * Mitwirkung bei Roll-outs, Updates und Wartungsfenstern sowie Pflege unserer Wissensdatenbank und Anleitungen für Anwender*innen
 * Monitoring des IT-Betriebs an allen Standorten, Mitarbeit an internen IT-Projekten (z. B. Arbeitsplatzmodernisierung, Automatisierung) und Umsetzung unserer IT-Sicherheitsrichtlinien im Kontext NIS2
 * Aktive Weiterentwicklung unseres IT-Services durch Verbesserungsvorschläge aus dem Tagesgeschäft
 * Gelegentliche Dienstreisen zu unseren Standorten in Deutschland
