* Betrieb, Administration und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft-basierten IT-Systemen
 * Administration von Windows Server (z. B. Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO)
 * Betreuung, Beratung und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft 365:

 + Entra ID (Azure AD)
 + Exchange Online
 + SharePoint Online & OneDrive
 + Microsoft Teams
 + Intune / Endpoint Manager
 * Verwaltung von Benutzer-, Geräte- und Berechtigungsstrukturen
 * Konfiguration und Wartung von Client-Systemen (Windows 10/11)
 * Umsetzung von IT-Sicherheits- und Datenschutzanforderungen (z. B. MFA, Conditional Access, Backup-Konzepte)
 * Vor-Ort-Support bei Kunden (Field-Service)
 * Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Infrastruktur und Cloud-Umgebungen
 * Mitwirkung an Security-Konzepten, Monitoring-Lösungen und modernen Systemhaus-Produkten
