 * Erste Projekterfahrung und Vertrautheit mit agilen Arbeitsmethoden (Scrum / Kanban)
 * Wünschenswert, aber kein Muss: Erfahrung mit GitHub, Tailwind CSS, Docker / Docker Compose sowie PostgreSQL

 * Mitgestaltung von UI/UX mit echtem Blick für Usability und Nutzerfreundlichkeit
 * Sprint-Planung, Backlog-Pflege, Sprint-Reviews und Approvals im agilen Entwicklungsprozess
 * Testing und Qualitätssicherung nach TDD-Prinzipien
