## Description

* Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
 * Implement ServiceNow Now Assist capabilities and generative AI use cases.
 * Develop and configure ServiceNow AI Agents, agentic workflows, and AI Agent Studio solutions.
 * Integrate AI capabilities with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and enterprise workflows.
 * Build conversational experiences using Virtual Agent and natural language processing.
 * Develop AI-driven automation for incident summarization, ticket classification, knowledge generation, and intelligent routing.
 * Integrate external LLM services using REST APIs and approved enterprise integration patterns.
 * Work with ServiceNow AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, and Generative AI Controller where applicable.
 * Implement secure AI integrations with appropriate data access, privacy, auditability, and governance controls.
 * Evaluate AI output quality, accuracy, latency, and operational effectiveness.
 * Collaborate with architects, platform engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
