* Experience in providing Level 1 support to users.
 * Proficiency with Okta for user authentication and access management.
 * Familiarity with Google Workspaces for collaboration and productivity.
 * Ability to work with Windows laptops and Intune for device management.
 * Knowledge of MacOS laptops and Jamf for efficient support.
 * Experience with Jira and Confluence for tracking and documenting issues.

## Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to employees, troubleshooting basic Level 1 and infrequent Level 2 issues, and ensuring smooth operations for our team. You will work closely with users to address their IT needs and contribute to the overall efficiency of our organization., * Work with users primarily on basic Level 1 and infrequent Level 2 troubleshooting for the audience of employees.

 * Provide strong time-management and communication skills to effectively address user concerns.
 * Travel onsite for our CEO's technical needs, ensuring prompt and reliable support.
 * Onboard and offboard users in accordance with our detailed documentation processes.
