## About the Role

* Experience administering and supporting Windows and Linux environments
 * Strong troubleshooting skills across systems, networking, cloud infrastructure, authentication, and applications
 * Hands-on experience with DNS, routing, VPNs, firewalls, subnets, and security groups
 * Experience with Docker and containerized development environments
 * Proficiency in Bash and/or PowerShell scripting for automation
 * Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions
 * Experience partnering with engineering, software development, or product teams
 * Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
 * Experience supporting macOS environments
 * Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure
 * Knowledge of IAM, cloud networking, compute, storage, load balancers, and security controls
 * Experience driving automation and process improvement initiatives
 * Familiarity with Kubernetes
 * Experience supporting infrastructure in a fast-paced R&D or product development environment
 * Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
 * Proactive, solution-oriented mindset focused on preventing recurring issues rather than treating symptoms

## Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a mid-to-senior level Infrastructure & Systems Engineer to support a highly technical engineering and product development environment. This individual will manage Windows, Linux, and macOS systems, support cloud infrastructure, troubleshoot complex technical issues, automate processes, and work closely with engineering teams to improve reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
