## Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Database Administrator to manage, automate, and optimize high-volume transactional database environments. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, motivated, and coachable. This is a fully remote position.
Senior Database Administrator's Responsibilities and Duties:

 * Administer, maintain, and tune Oracle and SQL Server databases supporting OLTP systems
 * Support and manage data workloads in Snowflake
 * Build and maintain automation for routine database tasks, deployments, and monitoring
 * Manage database changes through Git-style pipelines and version control
 * Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency in day-to-day database work
 * Troubleshoot performance issues and partner with engineering teams on database design
