## Description

This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving the delivery of organizational change, communication, training, and engagement activities. This position supports the Network AI and Agentic Transformation across Network Services. The role focuses on the organizational change management portion of the work, including the development of communication and training materials and the coordination of engagement routines., * Plan, coordinate, and drive the delivery of organizational change, communication, and training activities.

 * Communicate target outcomes and coordinate execution across multiple stakeholder groups.
 * Manage risks and dependencies, ensuring alignment to agreed standards and delivery plans.
 * Provide end-to-end visibility into the health of change and adoption deliverables.
 * Develop communication and training materials, support learning activities, and reinforce adoption expectations.
 * Ensure execution meets stakeholder expectations in terms of readiness, communication quality, and engagement effectiveness.
 * Facilitate synchronization points across central teams, change champions, and leadership representatives.
