## About the Role

* Bachelors degree or higher in a technology-related field, or relevant experience implementing business systems.\n
 * Proficient technical knowledge of Workday HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, and third-party payroll vendors such as ADP, CloudPay, Safeguard, and TMF.\n
 * Workday integration certifications preferred.\n
 * 23 years of experience in software development.\n
 * Experience developing Workday inbound and outbound integrations.\n
 * Experience developing Workday custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.\n
 * Experience developing Workday EIBs, Core Connectors, RaaS, and web services.\n
 * Experience working with Workday Studio.\n
 * Experience working with Workday Object Transporter (OX).\n
 * Experience leveraging AI tools to help build solutions and build documentation.\n
 * Knowledge of XML and XSLT; Java and MVEL are secondary technical skills.\n
 * Experience monitoring and maintaining interfaces between Workday and internal or external vendor systems.\n
 * Self-motivated and exceptionally detail-oriented.\n
 * Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively while demonstrating a sense of urgency.\n
 * Ability to think through and deliver creative, value-added solutions through self-initiative and ownership.\n
 * Experience with Jira and Google Suite.\n
 * Experience building strong working relationships with business partners, application users, project managers, internal IT teams, and external application consultants.\n
