## About the Role

* 7+ years in technical program management, construction management, or infrastructure delivery, including at least 5 years working on data center or high-density infrastructure projects.\n
 * Direct experience managing data center providers or general contractors on behalf of an owner, including contract administration, schedule oversight, and scope changes.\n
 * Hands-on sourcing experience for site services or indirect categories in multi-site industrial environments, including standing up services for a new site.\n
 * Experience negotiating supplier agreements and rate cards across locations, with a practical understanding of how procurement lead times affect construction and operations.\n
 * Working knowledge of data center MEP systems, white space delivery, structured cabling, rack-level power distribution, and compute staging and integration.\n
 * Experience managing substantial infrastructure budgets and competing dependencies across multiple projects.\n
 * Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain technical delivery issues and commercial tradeoffs to senior leadership.\n
 * A bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n
