## About the Role

* 8+ years of experience in robotics software development, including real-time systems
 * Expert-level proficiency in C/C++ and Python
 * Hands-on experience with ROS/ROS2 and robotic visualization tools such as RViz
 * Practical knowledge of mobile robots, drones, AGVs, AMRs, or autonomous systems
 * Experience with simulation and rendering tools such as Gazebo, Nvidia Isaac Sim, Bullet, or Blender
 * Deep understanding of robotics domains, including perception, SLAM, trajectory planning, kinematics, and obstacle avoidance
 * Experience with GPU acceleration (CUDA) and libraries such as OpenCV and PCL
 * Strong background in system architecture design, including real-time constraints, modularity, and data flow
 * Experience with sensor and actuator integration and a solid understanding of control systems
 * Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments with strong scripting and automation skills
 * Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and production-grade deployment practices
 * Proven leadership experience, including mentoring engineers and managing delivery pipelines
 * Strong communication skills, with experience presenting technical concepts to clients and stakeholders
 * Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency

## Description

In this role, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of advanced robotics solutions addressing complex real-world challenges at scale.
