## Description

We are seeking an experienced ERP Deployment Business Analyst to support manufacturing ERP rollouts across multiple plant locations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ERP implementation, manufacturing operations, production, inventory, warehouse, shipping, and receiving processes., * Support ERP deployment activities, including requirements gathering, testing, data validation, training, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.

 * Collaborate with plant teams, business users, and technical teams to troubleshoot issues and identify root causes.
 * Prepare business requirements, process documentation, test scripts, training materials, and job aids.
 * Support production, inventory, warehouse, shipping, and receiving transactions.
 * Travel extensively to plant locations for deployment and onsite operational support.
