## About the Role

Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, and SQS/SNS.
Experience implementing AWS security best practices, IAM policies, networking, and cost optimization strategies.
Strong knowledge of NoSQL databases such as Amazon DynamoDB and MongoDB.
Experience supporting product management, digital transformation, and modernization initiatives.
8-12+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Techno-Functional Leadership within Wealth Management, Retirement, or Financial Services domains.
Proven experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, requirements, and delivery for complex financial products.
Ability to translate business strategies into customer journeys, capabilities, epics, features, functional requirements, and technology roadmaps.
Experience collaborating with Product, Business, Operations, Architecture, and Engineering leadership teams.
Strong understanding of retirement products including 401(k), 403(b), Pensions, IRAs, and Recordkeeping Services.
Experience with participant and advisor journeys including enrollment, contributions, investments, rollovers, distributions, beneficiary management, and servicing.
Proven ability to define business outcomes, KPIs, and measurable success metrics.
