 * Experience leading, inspiring, and developing geographically dispersed technical teams.
 * Ability to translate broad business objectives into action, paired with excellent executive-level communication skills.

## Description

As the Manager you will lead a busy metro within the Network Delivery Implementation (NDI) organization as a Technical Lead. This pivotal leadership role is instrumental in driving the successful and scalable deployment of Google's large-scale networking solutions within their assigned region in North America. You will be responsible for establishing and executing a vision for continuous improvement, meticulously driving processes and performance to achieve metrics across interval, quality, and cost. A paramount focus will be on cultivating a strong culture of operational safety, viewed through the lens of our customers., * Lead your team in identifying and managing interdependencies across Drive projects.

 * Oversee and direct the handling of complex change request escalations.
 * Provide expert technical leadership and guidance, leveraging a deep understanding of network architecture.
 * Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team. Foster a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and accountability, while supporting career growth.
