## Description

* Unterstützung der Anwender bei der Migration auf den neuen cloudbasierten Client
 * Durchführung von Floorwalking-Support sowie Betreuung im IT-Service-Point
 * Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen per Telefon und Remote-Zugriff
 * Hilfestellung bei Themen wie Datensicherung, Übernahme von Browser-Favoriten und Wiederherstellung von Zscaler-Verbindungen
 * Dokumentation und Bearbeitung von Vorgängen im Ticket- und Helpdesk-System des Kunden
