* 10+ years of overall software engineering and solution architecture experience.
 * 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform architecture experience.
 * Proven success designing and delivering enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions supporting 2,000+ active users.
 * Extensive experience with Dataverse architecture, data modeling, security design, integrations, and governance., * Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
 * Experience integrating Azure services with Power Platform.
 * Experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives from technical perspective.
 * Knowledge of ALM, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and automated deployment frameworks with proven track record utilizing them in the Power Platform context.
 * Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) Experience

## Description

* Review overall Power Platform solution strategy, identify scalability gaps, and solve them in collaboration with Enterprise Architect and Dev Lead.
 * Architect scalable Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and integration solutions.
 * Contribute to application architecture reviews and design decisions.
 * Review and address gaps in governance, environment strategy, licensing, and security models.
 * Design CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation processes.
 * Implement source control strategies and change isolation approaches across development, test, and production environments.
 * Mentor development teams and establish development standards and best practices.
 * Collaborate with project leadership and technical teams.
