## About the Role

Experienced SAP FICO Lead Consultant with strong expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support projects. The candidate will lead Finance and Controlling workstreams, drive solution design, manage stakeholder interactions, and ensure successful project delivery across global engagements., * 10+ years of SAP FICO experience.

 * Strong hands-on experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Finance.
 * Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP implementations and 1 S/4HANA implementation/conversion project.
 * Expertise in FI and CO configuration and integration with MM, SD, PP, and PS modules.
 * Experience in support, enhancement, rollout, and upgrade projects.
 * Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and controlling processes.
 * Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

## Description

* Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support engagements.
 * Conduct business workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into SAP solutions.
 * Configure and support SAP FI and CO processes, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Center accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profit Center Accounting, and CO-PA.

 * Drive Fit-Gap analysis, solution design, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
 * Coordinate with technical and cross-functional teams for developments, integrations, and issue resolution.
 * Support period-end and year-end financial closing processes.
 * Mentor junior consultants and provide leadership across project teams.
