The selected candidate should be able to address User issues, resolve technical problems, manage tickets, product service requests and perform needed configuration updates. 10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS technologies.
Working Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, APEX, Reports, BI Publisher
Hands-on development and production support experience
Issue resolution, root cause identification and analysis, recommend solution to complex issues.
Know of Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management and Project-to-Retire
Good understanding of software engineering practices and various business processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience and desire to work closely with customers.
