 * Strong understanding of data quality, cleansing, transformation, and validation processes., * Experience migrating large quantities of records into Dataverse.
 * Experience with enterprise modernization programs.
 * Understanding of data governance practices.
 * Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) data model experience

## Description

* Design and execute migration strategies for legacy systems into Power Platform
 * Load large-scale datasets into Dataverse environments.
 * Create migration scripts and automation processes.
 * Validate data quality and reconciliation results.
 * Partner with business users to resolve data issues.
 * Support cutover planning and migration readiness activities.
