## About the Role

## Description

* Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain backend applications using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, and related technologies.

 * Build secure, scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.

 * Translate business requirements into technical designs, specifications, estimates, and implementation plans.

 * Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and product stakeholders.

 * Develop integrations using Kafka, Oracle, MongoDB, and other enterprise technologies.

 * Create automated unit, integration, API, performance, and resiliency tests.

 * Participate in code reviews and promote sound engineering, security, and documentation practices.

 * Support CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.

 * Troubleshoot production issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration defects.

 * Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing to other developers.

 * Follow Agile/Scaled Agile practices and established SDLC processes.
