The Cloud Service Support Administrator/Analyst shall perform tasks associated with the administration of Microsoft 365 Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings, to include AZURE Virtual Desktop, Intune, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint.
