## Description

We are seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer to join our fast-growing team at Read AI. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable web & desktop applications across both frontend and backend systems. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences and robust backend services that power our AI-driven platform., * Design, develop, and maintain web applications across the full technology stack (frontend and backend).

 * Build and optimize user interfaces using modern frameworks such as React and Typescript.
 * Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend systems using Node.js, Java, Python, or similar technologies.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
 * Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and systems design sessions.
 * Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
 * Contribute to Agile development processes and CI/CD pipelines.
 * Demonstrate ownership of projects and deliver solutions independently and as part of a team., Software Engineer positions offer a base pay range of $145,000 - $180,000 plus equity and benefits. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
