## Description

We're seeking a Lead UX Designer to shape the future of our digital tax products. You'll guide experience strategy, mentor designers, and collaborate with product and engineering to deliver intuitive, impactful user experiences.

This is a hands-on leadership role that balances design craft with team guidance and is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will join a tight-knit team that values collaboration, curiosity, and pushing the boundaries of design.

How You'll Contribute

Lead

 * Set design direction and elevate standards across our digital products with a strategic mindset

 * Mentor and grow other designers, fostering innovation, curiosity, and continuous learning
