* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
 * 1+ year of experience in healthcare IT, systems implementation, consulting or client-facing environment (internships count!)
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills

Expectations

Solution Delivery Consultant:

As a Solution Delivery Consultant, you'll join a supportive team where you'll learn to configure Netsmart solutions in both pre-production and live environments. You'll assist with system builds, testing, and data conversion using our implementation methodology, while gaining hands-on experience troubleshooting configurations to improve performance. You'll participate in client meetings, contribute to internal process improvements, and begin analyzing workflows to identify opportunities for optimization. You'll communicate updates and challenges clearly to clients and project leads and start building strong relationships by navigating complex situations with professionalism. This role is a great fit for someone early in their career who's ready to grow their technical and consulting skills, document best practices, and make a meaningful impact.
