## About the Role

* Experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or Helpdesk role Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive)
 * Experience supporting Azure AD/Entra ID environments Device management, software deployment and troubleshooting experience
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills
 * Understanding of ITIL principles and service management best practices
 * Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals or similar are advantageous

## Description

* Providing 1st line IT support to users across a global business
 * Supporting Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, devices, hardware and software Managing joiners, movers and leavers processes
 * Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues through to completion
 * Maintaining IT asset and licence records Working with senior stakeholders, including executive-level users Identifying recurring issues and contributing to continuous service improvement
