## Description

Role purpose: Lead and improve enterprise data management practices to ensure high-quality, well-governed, accessible data that supports analytics, reporting, and business decision-making., * Define, implement, and maintain data management standards, processes, and controls across data lifecycle activities.

 * Establish and monitor data quality rules, metrics, issue remediation workflows, and continuous improvement plans.
 * Support data governance initiatives, including data ownership, stewardship, metadata, and policy adherence.
 * Manage and optimize master data, reference data, and critical data domains to improve consistency and usability.
 * Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into data definitions, models, and documentation.
 * Ensure data lineage, traceability, and documentation for key datasets and reporting outputs.
 * Contribute to compliance and risk controls related to privacy, retention, and audit readiness.
