 * Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

 * Erfahrung mit Cloud-Technologien (M365, Microsoft Azure, AWS, …)
 * Kenntnisse in Virtualisierung (Proxmox, VMware, Hyper-V, …)
 * Kenntnisse im Betrieb von Netzwerkinfrastruktur (UniFi, Fortinet, …)
 * Erfahrung mit Automatisierung (PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, …)
 * Kenntnisse im Bereich IT-Sicherheit
 * ITIL-Kenntnisse oder Zertifizierungen

* Betrieb, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung der Serverlandschaft (Windows/Linux)
 * Verwaltung von Active Directory, Benutzerkonten und Berechtigungen
 * Sicherstellung von Systemverfügbarkeit und Performance
 * Patch- und Update-Management

Netzwerkadministration

 * Betrieb und Optimierung der Netzwerk-Infrastruktur (LAN, WLAN, VPN)
 * Konfiguration und Überwachung von Firewalls und Netzwerkkomponenten
 * Analyse und Behebung von Netzwerkstörungen

Client Administration / Workspace Management

 * Verwaltung und Betreuung von Clients und mobilen Endgeräten (Mac, Windows, Linux)
 * Softwareverteilung und Patchmanagement
 * Administration unserer MDM-Lösung (Microsoft Intune)
