You will work as a Technical Architect, leading application transition, onboarding and service transformation activities within a managed service environment.The role will focus on understanding applications from both a technical and operational perspective, assessing their readiness for transition and ensuring areas such as integrations, identity and access, resilience, disaster recovery and service supportability are appropriately understood and documented., * Lead application transition, onboarding and service transformation activities within a managed service environment.

 * Assess application supportability and operational readiness against service acceptance criteria.
 * Assess and document application integrations and APIs.
 * Review application authentication mechanisms and service accounts.
 * Assess certificates and secrets management requirements.
 * Review identity and access requirements across Active Directory and Entra ID.
 * Assess the use of service principals and managed identities.
 * Review application resilience and disaster recovery arrangements.
 * Assess backup and business continuity requirements.
 * Produce clear technical documentation to support application transition and onboarding activities.
