## About the Role

* 7+ years' DevOps experience
 * Experience leading DevOps teams and mentoring junior engineers
 * Strong experience with AWS, Azure and/or GCP
 * Design and management of CI/CD pipelines
 * Experience with Jenkins, Git, Bamboo or cloud-native CI/CD tooling
 * Strong Docker and Kubernetes experience
 * Scripting with Python, Bash and/or PowerShell
 * Experience producing technical designs and documentation
 * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
 * Passion for automation, innovation and emerging technologies

Desirable Skills

 * Understanding of SRE principles
 * Experience with PKI and TLS
 * Experience working within secure or government environments

Security Requirements - Essential

 * Active and transferable UK SC clearance
 * Clearance generally less than 10 years old, with at least 12 months remaining (18 months preferred)
 * Must have worked on a Government/Police contract requiring NSV clearance within the last 12 months
 * Must not have resided overseas for more than 6 months during any break in government service
 * Sole British National only - no dual nationality
 * UK/British passport only; no OCI, NICOP or equivalent additional national identity documentation
