## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Mathematik oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung

 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Softwareentwicklung mit C++ unter Linux, idealerweise auch Rust

 * Kenntnisse in Human Factors Engineering, Rapid Prototyping sowie idealerweise Mission Planning & Control

## Description

* Betreuung der Softwareentwicklung eines Laser-Waffensystems mit Schwerpunkt Human-Machine Interface (HMI)
 * Weiterentwicklung eines Prototyps zur Serienreife einschließlich Analyse, Design, Implementierung und Integration
 * Entwicklung von Funktionen im Bereich Command & Control zur Einsatzplanung, -überwachung und -auswertung
 * Definition und Umsetzung eines benutzerzentrierten HMI-Entwicklungsprozesses
 * Durchführung von Softwaretests sowie Unterstützung bei Qualifikation und Freigabe der Systemsoftware
 * Mitarbeit an der Systemintegration und Weiterentwicklung des Gesamtsystems
