About the position:
Responsible for developing and growing Snocon's website presence and
visibility
Build Snocon's social media reach
Utilize our presence to grow our online sales
Responsible for basic day-to-day website maintenance
Light graphic art
Pay is salary-based, with a bonus based on web store performance

Specifically, a Snocon Web Ninja's job will consist of the following:

Marketing:
SEO Development
Work with existing framework to best maximize SEO for the site
Knowledge of current Google SEO parameters a must

Twitter Account Management
Participate and engage on Twitter
Represent the store on Twitter
Grow base of followers
Create compelling posts which translate into sales in-store or online

Affiliate Marketing Campaign Management
Administer and develop existing Avantlink affiliate marketing account
Track traffic and conversions
Create compelling campaigns which grow web sales
Track campaigns effectiveness
Create weekly reports

AdWords Campaign Management
Create and maintain campaigns as budgets permit
Report results to GM and vendors involved

Website Maintenance:
Page construction and maintenance
Create and maintain individual webpages, using a framework supplied by
our website development company

Art Creation:
Create image and text for webpages, Facebook and blog posts
General Maintenance
Responsible for oversight of website performance
Includes repair of broken links, updates of appearance (within defined
guidelines) and maintenance of Snocon brand representation site-wide

Sales Tracking:
Responsible for tracking and reporting sales generated on website

Link Management:
Responsible for monitoring status of links between Snocon's website and
vendors' websites, including e-commerce links and dealer locators

Graphic Art:
Create signs, posters and flyers for in-store use
Create print ads
