 * Windows and macOS proficiency (Linux a plus)
 * Experience with malware removal and system cleanup
 * Accurate diagnostic skills and knowledge of common failure points
 * Networking skills including routers, switches, Wi-Fi, cabling, and related equipment
 * Experience with printer setup and repair
 * Ability to explain technical issues in clear, customer-friendly language
 * Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
 * Excellent time management skills
 * Ability to lift and move equipment
