## About the Role

* Proven experience with at least one cloud provider, preferable Azure but others providers can be useful as well (AWS, OCI, …).
Azure is our main stack, so proven Azure knowledge is a great advantage.

 * Proven experience with Linux systems (& commands).
 * Experience with Firewall tool (e.g. Fortinet, Fortimanager, Forti analyser)
 * Extended networking knowledge (DNS, Firewall, VDom, Adom, routing, Cloudflare…)
 * Strong communicator, comfortable explaining infra topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
 * Customer-oriented: able to jump on a call, ask the right questions, and solve problems.
 * Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
 * Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies.
 * A true team player who enjoys helping colleagues succeed.
 * Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.

## Description

* Setting up and managing scalable infrastructure (e.g. VM's, Spoke's, peering, firewall, …) in Azure,

 * Through automation using Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps.

Monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining infrastructure for global customers.

 * Zabbix, OpsGenie, Prometheus, Grafana, FluentBit & Loki

Setting up and maintaining Site-2-Site IPSEC VPN tunnels between our infrastructure and our customers. Setting up and maintaining Cloudflare (WAF, tunnel, DNS, custom hostnames, …) Managing global firewall, networks ranges and availability. Supporting customers & other Sofico teams directly and providing technical consulting. Modernising legacy components into scalable, cloud-native solutions. Sharing knowledge within the team and across Sofico.
