We are looking for a Tech Lead with previous experience in the role and at least 5 years of experience in Java and Spring Boot environments to participate in a product.RequirementsMinimum of 5 years of experience with Java 8 or higher and Spring Boot.Experience in monolithic architectures, preferably in demanding and high-complexity projects.
Experience in microservices architectures will be positively valued.Willingness to participate in a currently monolithic project that will progressively evolve towards more decoupled architectures.Experience in high-load projects with strong requirements in optimization, performance, and latency.
Experience in real?time systems and concurrency will be especially valued.Experience in event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka, MQTT, RabbitMQ, or equivalents).
