 * Strong expertise in object-oriented programming, code review, debugging, and documentation-based coding practices.
 * Experience with distributed NoSQL Databases such as Cassandra
 * Proven ability to deliver scoped features and models through iterative development and continuous integration/deployment.
 * Demonstrated skills in AI/ML integration and leveraging generative AI tools to enhance development efficiency.
 * Solid understanding of platform design, product strategy, and technical leadership in scalable, secure software solutions.
 * Experience with messaging/event streaming platforms (Kafka).
 * Proficiency with cloud databases and services, including Azure SQL.
 * Experience with search technologies such as Solr.
 * Familiarity with vector databases such as Vespa.
