## About the Role

* Experience: 1+ years experience in a customer service technology role or similar position
 * Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, organization, and attention to detail.
 * Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Active Directory, Microsoft Admin Center and SQL based applications. Knowledge of Transportation Management System software is a plus.
 * Personality: A confident, approachable team player who can work with a variety of personalities.
 * Motivation: Self-driven and capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule:

 * Standard Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
 * After-Hours Availability: Some afterhours calls and maintenance required.

If you are you a tech oriented, service minded problem solver who enjoys helping others and thrives in a tight knit but fast growing company, an Assistant IT Manager position at Liquid Trucking might be the perfect fit for you! In this role, you'll help keep our operations running smoothly by resolving technical issues, providing reliable IT support, and ensuring our drivers and office staff stay connected and productive., * Collaborate with Liquid Trucking employees to solve common problems and create efficiencies

 * Review tickets in FreshDesk and create a plan to work tickets to completion
 * Discuss technology struggles with department leads, work to solve regular issues
 * Work with technology partners to assist employees with technical issues
 * Continue to build documentation of current technology stack and common solves
 * Own new technology projects and see them to their completion
