## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Learning and Development, or a related field, with a concentration in technology, process management, or quality management. \n
 * 12+ years of professional experience following completion of academic studies, including 5+ years of people leadership experience or experience leading large-scale projects or initiatives and influencing direction across teams. \n
 * 7+ years of experience in learning and development, talent development, organizational development, or a related field, supporting engineering, technology, product development, or other technical organizations. \n
 * Experience designing, developing, and implementing adult learning programs within technology-driven organizations. \n
 * Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), digital learning platforms, and knowledge management systems. \n
 * Expertise in learning strategy, instructional design, facilitation, coaching, or technical capability development. \n
 * Flexibility to travel on an occasional basis to Lutron locations in Philadelphia, Boston, and Austin as needed. \n
 * You are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, either immediately or at any time in the future. Lutron does not offer work visa sponsorship for this position. \n
