## About the Role

* 10+ years of hands-on infrastructure engineering experience.
 * Strong Microsoft experience including Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365.
 * Experience with Nutanix, VMware, and/or Hyper-V.
 * Strong knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, SAN/NAS, and storage.
 * Experience with Azure, Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune, and Exchange Online.
 * Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
 * MSP, VAR, or enterprise infrastructure experience preferred.
 * Microsoft, VMware, Nutanix, or networking certifications are a plus.
 * Bachelor's degree preferred.
 * Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites as needed. xrbllit

This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on Microsoft technologies, virtualization, cloud, networking, and enterprise infrastructure projects., * Design and implement Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, storage, networking, Azure, and Microsoft 365 solutions.

 * Lead infrastructure projects including server migrations, cloud transitions, network upgrades, and data center initiatives.
 * Provide Tier 3 escalation support for complex infrastructure issues.
 * Partner with clients and internal teams on technical solutions, project delivery, and infrastructure roadmaps.
 * Develop technical documentation and infrastructure diagrams.
 * Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge.
 * Evaluate new technologies and recommend infrastructure improvements.
