## About the Role

Candidates must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, * Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals

 * Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills

 * Experience with Microsoft Office and standard business applications

 * Understanding of basic xrbllit cybersecurity concepts

 * 1+ year of IT experience preferred (recent graduates encouraged to apply)

 * Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT is a plus

 * Exposure to scripting or automation (PowerShell, Python, VBA, etc.) is a plus

What You'll Do

 * Deploy, configure, and support PCs, printers, scanners, and network equipment

 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues

 * Manage support requests through ServiceNow

 * Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and technology rollouts

 * Maintain asset inventory and equipment records

 * Support printer maintenance and asset disposal

 * Identify opportunities to improve processes and user experience
