## About the Role

* Relevant experience in security monitoring, vulnerability management, or IT security operations.
 * Familiarity with SIEM tools, endpoint detection and response, identity management, and vulnerability scanning.
 * Knowledge of incident handling and security control fundamentals.
 * Relevant certifications such as Security+, CySA+, or equivalent qualifications.

## Description

The Security Analyst will support day-to-day cybersecurity operations, monitoring, investigation, vulnerability management, and security incident handling under the direction of the Cybersecurity Services Lead.
Key Responsibilities

 * Monitor security alerts, logs, and available threat detection systems.
 * Investigate suspicious activity and escalate potential incidents.
 * Perform vulnerability scans and document identified security weaknesses.
 * Track remediation activities and validate corrective actions.
 * Review endpoint, identity, email, and cloud security configurations.
 * Assist with access reviews, security control testing, and audit evidence collection.
 * Maintain incident records, investigation notes, and remediation documentation.
 * Support security awareness initiatives and periodic reporting.
 * Assist with incident response exercises and business continuity testing.
