-Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and practical data-analysis tools that support business decision-making.

-Provide user training and assist with the adoption of new or modified system functionality.

-Participate in AI and Digital Transformation (DX) initiatives that improve operational efficiency, knowledge sharing, and business processes.

Help evaluate and introduce appropriate automation, AI, analytics, and digital tools in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
