In this role you will: + Expedite improvements, optimize costs, and improve overall asset effectiveness. + Drive strategic decisions for the business through the development of a multi-year reliability improvement plan that includes facilitation and execution of capital and expense projects for various operating units at the site. + Support equipment improvement projects either by expense or capital investment. + Supply engineering expertise in the specification, design, and construction of projects in accordance with plant design requirements, BASF ECMS standards, and regulatory requirements. + Collaborate with plant operations, maintenance, engineering, and research personnel. + Identify areas of cost reduction and prepare preventative and predictive maintenance requirements for new and existing equipment. + Provide site support related to plant equipment, maintenance and long-term reliability improvements, and capital project improvements. + Provides support and coordination to
