 * 7-10+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years of hands-on Pega development

 * Strong experience building Pega solutions using Flows, Activities, Data Pages, and Connectors

 * Solid understanding of Pega guardrails, performance tuning, and best practices

 * Experience working in financial services or banking environments
\n

 * Broad technical exposure including Cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and Java

 * Experience supporting Agile delivery teams and working with architects on solution design
