## About the Role

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with advanced inspection technologies, contribute to continuous improvement, and collaborate closely with engineering, production, and customer partners. **What You'll Do:** As a leader in our quality organization, you will: * Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections using CMMs, manual tools, and visual inspection techniques * Interpret engineering drawings and work with engineering and management to define quality requirements * Create quality control plans for complex components * Develop and run CMM programs to support efficient, accurate measurements * Use calipers, micrometers, height gages, indicators, and vision-based systems such as optical comparators * Support shop-floor teams with in-process inspections and guidance * Review measurement results, determine conformance, and produce detailed inspection reports * Partner with customers to review findings and recommend corrective actions * Maintain accurate
