 * Comfort in fast-moving startup environments with evolving product requirements and minimal processes.
 * Ability to independently prioritize tasks and deliver production-ready features swiftly., * Experience in building or managing MCP servers.
 * Familiarity with AI development tools and coding assistants like Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar agent frameworks.
 * Experience with go-to-market automation, growth tooling, or marketing technology platforms.
 * Experience in managing web servers, application deployment, and performance optimization.
 * Previous experience as an early-stage or founding engineer.

 * Rapidly ship new features during the pre-launch phase and continuously refine the platform post-launch, based on user feedback.
