The ideal candidate is a resourceful, results-oriented software engineer who can rapidly translate requirements into functional software solutions. This position requires strong hands-on development skills, the ability to work independently, and demonstrated proficiency using artificial intelligence (AI) coding assistants to accelerate software design, development, testing, debugging, and delivery.\n, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical or analytical discipline.\n

 * Minimum of five (5) years of professional software development experience, including experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining software applications.\n
 * Experience working across multiple phases of the software development lifecycle, with demonstrated ability to independently develop and deliver software solutions.\n
 * Demonstrated experience leveraging AI-powered coding assistants to accelerate software development, improve productivity, and support efficient delivery of high-quality applications.\n
 * Relevant professional experience designing, developing, and maintaining software applications.\n
 * Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages and application development frameworks.\n
 * Experience developing web applications, including front-end and back-end components.\n
 * Working knowledge of relational databases, APIs, and application integration.\n
 * Experience with version control, debugging, testing, and software deployment practices.\n
 * Understanding of object-oriented programming, software architecture, and software development best practices.\n
 * Demonstrated proficiency using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, or comparable tools to improve software development productivity.\n
 * Ability to write effective instructions and prompts for AI development tools, evaluate generated solutions, and integrate AI-assisted code into functional applications.\n
