## Description

* Sie sind erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden am Telefon und im Ticket - mit echtem Interesse an dem, was sie beschäftigt
 * Sie unterstützen unsere Kunden im täglichen Umgang mit JTL-Wawi: bei Bedienungsfragen, kleineren Konfigurationen und typischen Stolperfallen
 * Sie führen einfache Systemkonfigurationen in JTL-Wawi und angeschlossenen Systemen durch
 * Sie sind die technische Anlaufstelle für unseren Fulfillment-Standort - bei Fragen rund um Arbeitsplätze, Drucker, Scanner und mobile Geräte
 * Sie dokumentieren sauber, weil Sie wissen, dass gute Doku in einem Jahr wertvoller ist als jeder schnelle Workaround
 * Sie arbeiten eng mit unseren Second-Level- und Hosting-Kollegen zusammen und wachsen mit jedem Ticket ein Stück weiter
