This role guides the work from early planning through commissioning and operational readiness, partnering with contractors, engineers, suppliers, and internal infrastructure teams. The ideal candidate brings strong on-site leadership, technical fluency across mission-critical systems, and the ability to keep complex workstreams aligned in a fast-moving environment. Responsibilities: Build and manage a master project timeline that ties together permitting, construction activity, equipment procurement, installation milestones, testing, and final handoff. Monitor schedule performance, identify risks to key milestones, and drive corrective actions when progress slips. Lead daily coordination across builders, design partners, vendors, and internal teams to keep execution aligned with project goals. Oversee technical documentation workflows, including design reviews, RFIs, submittals, revisions, and approval tracking through completion. Follow the status of major electrical, mechanical, and technology equipment orders to prevent procurement delays from affecting site progress. Work with utility providers, permitting agencies, and specialty consultants to secure required approvals and maintain project momentum. Align facility and technology stakeholders on infrastructure and equipment needs early enough to support design development and field installation. Maintain organized records of decisions, project risks, ownership assignments, action items, and target dates. Conduct regular site reviews to confirm work quality and progress, then resolve field issues with the appropriate partners. Coordinate commissioning, acceptance testing, turnover documentation, and the transition of the facility into operational use.
