## About the Role

* Experience troubleshooting software issues required.
 * Knowledge of DISA STIGS and how to implement required.
 * CompTIA Security+ certification required (must show proof of cert prior to interview)

Desired:

 * Application installation/configuration/administration experience on Windows-based systems required, experience with large-scale/complex app configuration a plus.
 * Strong foundation and understanding of AWS native services required, experience with AWS GovCloud highly preferred.

Education/Experience:
BS/BA or AS/AA degree and 7 years related experience OR HS and 9 years related experience.
Security Clearance:
Active/Interim TS/SSBI clearance desired or active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SSBI. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.

## Description

* Performs the installation, integration, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, security implementation, and configuration of software applications with specific focus on Windows systems, including:

 * Microsoft Office products
 * Java JRE
 * Visual Studio
 * Raytheon EAGLE
 * Operations and sustainment of AWS Cloud-native Services, specifically AWS GovCloud.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
 * Provides support through a ticketing system to application owners, developers, and internal/external teams.
 * Other duties as assigned or required.
